WECONOMY brings together experience and agility, innovation and tried and tested – in a nutshell: steamer and speedboat.

The kick-off-event in October you have an entire day to enter into discussions on equal terms with the top managers of the WECONOMY partners and put your business model to the test from various angles. You gain access to the decision-makers in the German business sector and experience at first hand which challenges they see for your company. The managers are willing to offer themselves as sparring partners – as they value the dynamism, creativity and spirit of the young founders in relation to future-oriented topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Machine Learning, Biotechnology and Sustainability – and are pleased to assist by providing suitable contacts from their address books.

Participants at the WECONOMY kick-off event in 2020:

This is followed in the spring by three two-day workshops on the topics of market and business development, distribution and negotiation as well as growth strategies. Participants in these workshops include specialists and managers from the partner companies as well as external speakers.

They contribute extensive experience and background knowledge because they have themselves gone through a variety of professional stages, come from different branches of industry and therefore provide insight, a wealth of business know-how and new perspectives in speed mentoring sessions and keynote presentations. This offers you the perfect opportunity the put your business model to the acid test.

In addition, you have sufficient opportunity to hold discussions with other winners and extend your network by joining the WECONOMY community.

The workshops take place alternately at the WECONOMY partners’ sites.

An experienced UnternehmerTUM coach supports you in your preparations for the kick-off event and the WECONOMY Days: This way you will be ready to gain the greatest benefits from WECONOMY and the discussions.
